It’s good to rub the lotion into your fingernails and cuticles, to have long lasting healthy nails. Trim and file your healthy nails, if not daily then at least four to five days in a week. If you do it at home then use a sharp manicure scissors or clippers. Trim straight across to have Healthy nails, then round the tips in a gentle curve.
It might be easiest to trim and file your fingernails when they’re soft, such as after bathing. The most important factor to have Healthy nails is the use of vitamin and calcium rich diet. Intake of calcium and multivitamins strengthen your health nails.
